ERP Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation and Integration**:

- Lead the implementation and seamless integration of INFOR ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful deployment.
- **Customization and Configuration**:

- Customize and configure the INFOR ERP system to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain system stability and optimal performance.
- **User Training and Support**:

- Provide comprehensive training sessions to end-users on the functionalities of the INFOR ERP system.
- Offer ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user experience.
- **Data Management**:

- Oversee data migration processes and uphold data accuracy within the INFOR ERP system.
- Implement and maintain robust data security measures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- **System Upgrades and Enhancements**:

- Stay informed about the latest releases and updates in INFOR ERP.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, incorporating new features and enhancements.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into INFOR ERP system improvements.
- Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to address emerging needs and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Specialist with expertise in INFOR ERP solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of INFOR ERP functionalities and modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in INFOR ERP is a plus.
