A stand alone new Fine Dining Restaurant in Bahrain is looking for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, training, and development, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving sales and revenue growth, and maintaining profitability.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager in stand-alone Fine Dining concept, preferably in French - Mediterranean cuisine.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Hiring, Communication, and Leadership skills
- Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with accounting and financial management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
