Administrator will be responsible for all general administration works.
- Receiving, registering and distributing all inward mails, documents, courier parcels, etc.
- Attending and transferring incoming calls.
- Handling all forms of communication (written and verbal).
- Answering inquiries and providing information.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Make travel arrangements including Visa, Ticket, Hotel bookings, travel insurance for directors and senior executives.
- Preparing and processing FPOs.
- Organizing shipments and arrange for clearing
- Preparing bank documents for payment transfer by IT, L/C, etc.
- Arranging Marine Insurance for Imports.
- Preparing and processing Export Documents.
- Preparing sales quotations.
- Coordinating with forwarders for collection/clearing of shipments.
- Operating office equipment's such as photo copier/scanner, fax, binder, etc.
- Following up office equipment maintenance.
- Maintaining all required registers for FPOs, Inwards, enquiries/ LPOs, L/C, T/T, etc.
- Maintaining filing system

**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: BD150.000 - BD200.000 per month
