Female Executive Assistant

**About Us**:
JM interface Ltd specialized in innovation Education technology (B2C) & Affiliate marketing services (B2B).
**Your Role**:
We are looking for a Female hybrid (remote/in-person) part-time, Executive Assistant
(15 -20 hours a week) with the opportunity to increase hours / role.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform cold calling & schedule meetings with clients
- Plan, Manage and track progress on different projects
- File & Organize the company documents, agreements, contracts..etc
- Assist in research, create, and develop publication, Training materials, and solutions
- Handle customers & suppliers’ inquiries via phone/video calls
- Prepare reports, presentations and project updated & briefs
**Requirements**:
- Dedication & professionalism (on-time, positive attitude, respectful, proactive)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Read and write fluently in English & Arabic
- 2 or more years of experience
- Eager and willing to learn, and accept challenges
- Experience in the education & ecommerce sector is a **plus**:
- Computer savvy, knowledge to use CRM system /MS office/Presentations
- Ability to maintain a regular work schedule on weekdays & sometime 1 weekend day
