Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive at Raas Oilfield Services, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the oil and gas sector. Leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company in a dynamic market environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration within the oil and gas industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of oilfield equipment and services, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing.
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
