**Company**

Our client is a major player in the coffee trade in the Middle East. They provide high-quality coffee and spices to customers all over the Arab region and are headquartered in Palestine. They are currently looking for a **Business Development (Hypermarket Background)** to be based in Bahrain.

**Salary**: 350 BHD plus commision

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with grocery store managers and buyers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hypermarkets in Bahrain.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with hypermarkets.
- Manage the delivery and placement of products in hypermarkets.
- Track sales and performance of products in hypermarkets.
- Provide feedback to suppliers on product performance and customer feedback.
- Attend trade shows and events to network with potential customers and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the food and beverage industry.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Cash van experience or similar
- Knowledge with Bahrain grocery market (Experience with Hypermarket)
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably with coffee and nuts
- Holding a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Skilled in communicating effectively with grocery workers
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
- Ability to offer excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: Up to BD350.000 per month
