Supporting Real Estate operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring all relevant properties to be maintained in a timely and efficient manner.

1. Operational Support: Collaborate with the Real Estate Manager to lead and manage real estate operations and supervise subordinates. Ensure all activities contribute to achieving organizational goals and tasks are executed promptly.
2. Project Support: Assist in the timely and efficient completion of new project requirements within the real estate portfolio.
3. Budgeting and Planning: Support the Real Estate Manager in developing, preparing, and monitoring the division's annual budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans throughout the year.
4. Facility Maintenance: Assist with property inspections, identify and report maintenance needs, coordinate with vendors and contractors for cost-effective repairs, manage tenant relations by addressing concerns and complaints promptly, and assist with rent collection to maintain positive
relationships and a well-maintained property.
5. Document Management: Oversee the organization, classification, and maintenance of documents, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility. This includes establishing document control procedures, and version control processes.
6. Reporting and Data Collection: Prepare and submit regular progress reports based on established timelines and formats.
7. Quality Assurance Support: Assist in ensuring adherence to quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies related to real estate management.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement within Real Estate function. This includes preparing various process flows and implementing best practices, policies and procedures.
9. Health and Safety: Maintain company Environment, Health, Safety and Quality policy and procedure and improve safety culture
