
Customer Experience Director

At RESO, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and operating with operational excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to lead our customer experience initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives and sales advisors
• Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and service design
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 5 – 7 years of experience in customer experience or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and teams effectively
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is a plus
