Administrative Support Specialist for Senior Executives

The role of an Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in the financial services and investment sectors. This involves preparing and managing reports, presentations, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the preparation of meetings, including briefing materials and follow-up documentation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is also essential. You will be expected to have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Bonus Skills
A minimum of 4 years and maximum of 8 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is required. Experience in the financial services or investment industry is highly desirable. Additionally, the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is also a plus.
