Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Event Ticketing Operations Manager to drive world-class event ticketing operations, build sales opportunities, and foster connections with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, event managers, designers, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities and develop strategies to grow revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Diversify the client base through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and apply knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote events and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, from small-scale to large-scale events.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of event materials and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Three or more years of experience in business development, particularly in ticketing, events management, or entertainment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • A strong network of suppliers and contractors.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • A passion for events and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
