  • Administer staff salaries and benefits, adhering to government regulations and industry standards.
  • Promote personnel development through recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements
  • Hold a Ph.D. recognized by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • Demonstrate relevant academic and administrative experience.
  • Exhibit good conduct and behavior, free from convictions involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
  • Be fit in terms of health.
  • Avoid actions harming the reputation of the Kingdom of Bahrain or its interests.
  • Not hold a post in any political association or engage in activities with a political nature.
