About This Role

We're seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As part of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of quality in cleaning and tidying all areas of the hotel including rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
  • Attend to guests' needs promptly and efficiently, providing assistance with luggage, room keys, and other requests.
  • Monitor and control supplies to minimize waste and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with your supervisor to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
  • You'll need to be physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms), and bend/kneel as required.
  • Literacy skills - reading, writing, and basic maths skills are essential for this role.
  • A flexible attitude to shifts is crucial, as you may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
