Talent Selection SpecialistAbout the Role

As a pioneer technology company with a global product, we require an experienced talent scientist to join our remote-first team. This is a unique opportunity to empower our hiring process and ensure that we select exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive data-driven insights to provide real-time information to our business partners, helping them navigate their hiring processes efficiently.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews to gain valuable insights into motivations and behaviours.
  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders to deliver against our hiring agenda, ensuring consistency in our operational processes.
  • Develop data-driven decision-making processes to inform our selections.
  • Consider our employer brand and how it impacts candidate experiences.
  • Review and streamline our hiring processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with external third parties and platforms to maximise our return on investment.
  • Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from our hiring process and underpinning our sourcing strategy.
Requirements
  • An excellent academic background, preferably in Psychology, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience in hiring talent in the technology or consulting industry.
  • A highly data-driven mindset with the ability to create measurable outcomes.
  • Passion for using scientific approaches to predict and measure hiring outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SQL, Python, and/or advanced statistical analysis.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessments, including interpretation.
  • Experience conducting behavioural competency-based interviews, with the ability to train stakeholders.
  • High personal organisation and self-drive to work remotely effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for company events, up to two weeks each year.
