Job Description

As a Senior Leadership Role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of excellence in the Talent Science team. You will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Science and people managers to drive strategic objectives, create new processes, and develop team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering the strategic Talent Science project roadmap
  • Designing and implementing solutions to complex problems
  • Ensuring all talent selection initiatives map to high-performance outcomes
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to develop analytical capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional academic track record with an undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field
  • Experience leading teams in technology or consulting with strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Deep understanding of selection, career frameworks, and building internal products
