- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with media, influencers, and external agencies to maximize brand exposure and partnerships.
- Event Promotion: Organize and promote events, activations, and partnerships to reinforce brand presence and reputation.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to drive strategic marketing initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within fitness, lifestyle, retail, or F&B sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic an asset.
- Strategic creative, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage marketing efforts for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Experience in the GCC market, particularly in Bahrain, is advantageous.
