**Job Overview**

Nexcel Computer Solutions is seeking an exceptional Enterprise IT Strategist to lead the development of our enterprise information and business architecture. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for aligning our IT strategy with company business goals and optimizing information management approaches to meet evolving business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the development of the enterprise information and business architecture;
  2. Align IT strategy planning with company business goals;
  3. Optimize information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities;
  4. Promote and deliver shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows;
  5. Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business IT strategies;
  6. Coordinate with the IT Department to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable, and in synchronization with ever-changing business needs;
  7. Discover, revalidate, and document IT policies, procedures, and evaluate their alignment with organizational vision and strategies;
  8. Manage risks associated with integration, data, and IT architecture planning and/or deployment through appropriate standards and policies;
  9. Define and document the baseline and target architectures of four architecture domains, i.e., business, data, application, and technology, and provide for the gap assessment;
  10. Develop and train the Organization's employees in IT-related subject matters;
  11. Improve architecture frameworks to define, design, implement simplified, standards-based, service-oriented IT architectures;
  12. Provide expert advice on industry and application trends in analyzing and planning current and future IT needs, guidance on complex architecture challenges;
  13. Ensure that architecture principles and standards are consistently applied;
  14. Provide definitions and introductions on the use of software development tools and methods to enable continuous integration, continuous deployment automated testing capabilities;
  15. Ensure responsibility for the creation and communication of documented standards and practices regarding development, application instrumentation, integration architecture;
  16. Has to have the TOGAF 9 Certified Enterprise Architect.
