The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Hostess Coordinator to join our team at RESO.

The Restaurant Hostess Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a welcoming environment by greeting guests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and informative responses to guests regarding menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that orders are correct and meet guests' expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of orders and minimize wait times.
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
