Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-in/check-out, responding to queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Check-in/check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner, processing payments and issuing room keys as required.
  • Respond to guest queries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in/check-out times, room assignments, and any special requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office procedures and systems.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
