About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can foster positive connections with guests, tenants, and property owners to ensure smooth operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive relationships with guests, tenants, and property owners to maintain a smooth operational environment.
  • Ensure arrival paperwork is up-to-date and coordinate with teams to prepare apartments for check-in.
  • Inspect apartments, process reservation forms, and manage check-in through our ERP system.
  • Maintain departure logs and engage tenants about contract renewal.
  • Process termination notices, coordinate lease terminations, and conduct apartment inspections.
  • Ensure front desk staff are accessible to address inquiries professionally.
  • Provide timely, professional responses to customer calls.
  • Conduct courtesy calls, track interactions, and distribute monthly feedback reports.
  • Record complaints, coordinate resolutions, follow up, and update the ERP system.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Any combination of related education and/or experience will be considered if the candidate demonstrates the required ability.

A related hospitality or real estate management degree is advantageous but not necessary.
