We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our university management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities, including receiving and handling information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Implement and maintain office systems
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Set up work procedures
  • Collate information
  • Maintain databases
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Operate office equipment
  • Manage office space

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They will also have knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques, attention to detail, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in a secretarial role
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Proficient in Arabic
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
