The ideal candidate will have preferably sales experience within the sales of strategic IT services (IT Offshore / Nearshore / Outsourcing / Out-staffing) and be based in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers in the Gulf region, focusing on KSA, UAE, and Bahrain.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and client needs.
  • Leverage support from online marketing initiatives to generate and nurture leads.
  • Travel within the Gulf region to meet clients, present solutions, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using a CRM tool and provide regular updates on progress and key sales metrics.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the value of IT Offshoring to prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possess a substantial and relevant network in Bahrain, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
  • Candidates must hold Bahraini nationality.
  • Must be currently situated in Bahrain.
