Luxury Sales Professional for GCC Market

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a GCC Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Strategic Sales Plan: Drive revenue growth in the GCC market by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key accounts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Market Intelligence and Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition, ensuring that revenues and cost controls are maximized.
- Customer Relationship Management: Positively communicate the hotel image to existing and potential customers at all times, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the GCC region, ensuring that targets set by the hotel are met consistently.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong network of contacts within the GCC region, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
