Job Summary

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess a strong ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery, as well as possessing up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.

  • Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding guest expectations from arrival through to departure
  • Maintain awareness of guest profiles through Opera guest profile system
  • Ensure guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure at check-out
  • Handle all messages, mail and packages for guests and employees, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in hospitality or vocational training in the concierge section within a hotel. Good English communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
