**About the Job**

The HR Assistant role at Domo Ventures W.L.L. is a dynamic opportunity for an individual to support the company's HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Lead the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including completion of necessary paperwork and orientation sessions.
    • Prepare and update job descriptions as needed.
  • Employee Records and Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
    • Manage HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely submission of timesheets and payroll data.
    • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management.
    • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
    • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, escalating matters to the HR Manager as necessary.
  • General HR Support:
    • Coordinate HR events and initiatives, such as employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of LMRA/SIO/Immigration formalities and visa applications (work, visit, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
