Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including gift wrapping and after-sales support
  • Greet customers promptly and politely, ensuring a positive store experience
  • Guide customers throughout the store or to specific areas as requested
  • Determine the specific needs of each customer and provide accurate product information
  • Operate as a cashier, ensuring accuracy in money handling
  • Upsell products to customers, applying effective sales techniques
  • Restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure attractive product displays
  • Reduce incidents of theft and shoplifting, reporting any issues to the manager
  • Maintain safe working practices and adhere to brand guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in Chocolate, Food Retail, or Food & Beverage industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
