Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, including gift wrapping and after-sales support

- Operate as a cashier, ensuring accuracy in money handling
- Upsell products to customers, applying effective sales techniques

- Reduce incidents of theft and shoplifting, reporting any issues to the manager
- Maintain safe working practices and adhere to brand guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Chocolate, Food Retail, or Food & Beverage industry
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
