Business Process Lead - Transaction Banking

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing various processes within Transaction Banking, working closely with the Business Process Manager to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating current business processes and workflows
  • Identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Designing and documenting optimized processes
  • Creating flowcharts, process maps, or other visualization tools to represent process steps

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for process improvements. You will also develop and implement process improvement initiatives, coordinate the execution of new processes, and provide training and support for successful implementation.

Additionally, you will monitor and analyze process performance, measure process effectiveness, and implement adjustments to optimize outcomes. A strong understanding of banking digital transformation and integration projects, as well as business knowledge of banking, finance, and IT support functions, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management and prioritization skills are also required.
