
Operational Process Coordinator

This role focuses on ensuring the effective management of operational risks and enhancing service standards.
- Support the timely and accurate delivery of all requested projects and initiatives within specified requirements
- Carry out demanding clerical, data input, reconciliation, data administration, and monitoring services to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently in adherence to business processes, procedures, standards, and external regulations
- Ensure team performance adheres to specified business processes, procedures, standards, and relevant external requirements
- Identify and suggest improvements to new and existing processes/procedures/systems
- Maintain awareness of market conditions, business products, and services to ensure best practice adoption where required
- Participate in evaluation and implementation of new or upgraded systems, including robust user testing according to business standards
- Provide backup cover for colleagues absent due to sickness, training, annual leave etc
- Provide business support during weekends, bank holidays, and other times when the business would usually be closed but markets are open elsewhere
- Recommend and implement changes to improve service quality and process efficiency
- Undertake duties at a similar or higher level as required
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
