Job Description

The Administrator will be responsible for managing the admissions process, coordinating cohorts, and implementing learner engagement strategies. This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end admissions process for program participants.
  2. Coordinate cohorts during the training and follow-up phases of the program.
  3. Assist with the development and implementation of learner engagement strategies in collaboration with facilitators.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or administration.
  • Experience in education or training programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and data management tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
