Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Gulf University. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the president and management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents in a timely manner
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and events with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective office systems, including scheduling, calendars, and filing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure smooth information flow

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretary role or similar position
  • Excellent English and Arabic language skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications

Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 60 wpm
