
Administrative Officer for President's Office

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Gulf University. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the president and management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and events with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective office systems, including scheduling, calendars, and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure smooth information flow
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretary role or similar position
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 60 wpm
