About the Position:
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic Contact Center environment as a Customer Service Representative. As a key team member, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and promoting company services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, process travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Promote products and services through cross-selling and upselling.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Contact Center core activities and functionalities.
Key Qualifications:
- High School/Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience required; additional experience in call centers an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and long hours.
