
Automotive Export Sales Specialist

The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence globally. Key responsibilities include:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for spare parts in international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including prospecting and lead generation.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners globally.
- Address customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding spare parts and their applications.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, product trends, and customer needs in different regions.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales strategies.
International Trade Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation required for international shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams to manage shipments and resolve any export-related issues.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and distributors.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for spare parts and related services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the inventory, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop support materials for global markets.
Training and Support:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technological advances in the field of spare parts.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform management.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or threats.
Customer Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
