Trade Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to create opportunities for sales, profit, and space growth across the GCC by coordinating national and regional product promotions.

You will achieve this by developing effective category and product planograms that present information in a simple and consumer-focused manner, taking into account the latest category management principles.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a multinational environment and contribute to the growth plans of the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate national and regional product promotions to drive sales, profit, and space growth across the GCC.
  • Develop effective category and product planograms to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement the latest category management principles to improve sales and profit growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • 3 years' experience in B2B FMCG marketing or sales promotions.
  • Category management experience is essential.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Computer literacy and Arabic proficiency are advantageous.
  • Certification in category management is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, high-level numeracy, and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Able to deliver results within deadlines and work effectively in a team environment or independently.
