Office Manager

Kemco Technologies, a leading water treatment company in Bahrain, seeks a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to support daily operations, executive communication, vendor coordination, and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel bookings, and meeting reminders
- Coordinate internal scheduling and ensure key tasks are followed up
- Draft professional emails, quotations, reports, and internal memos
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle petty cash tracking and basic procurement tasks
- Prepare customer and vendor invoices; follow up on pending payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain expense logs (Excel or Tally)
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed
- Support visa renewal applications and coordinate with government portals
- Track attendance, leave balances, and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external accountants
- Monitor tender boards and online procurement portals for new opportunities
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and submitting tender documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Provide general operational and administrative support to management as required
- Based in Bahrain with valid work eligibility
- 2+ years experience in admin, operations, or accounting
- Strong English communication skills (Hindi and/or Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Tally knowledge a bonus
- Detail-oriented, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable supporting senior leadership in a small company setting
