Compliance and Governance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Compliance and Governance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal, accounting, finance, or business, with relevant qualifications such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, or Master's.

The role involves providing expert advice on compliance and governance matters, working closely with clients to identify and address challenges in growth, governance, and performance. Our teams support businesses as they restructure and expand, whether organically or by acquisition.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who have:

  • A recognized degree in Legal/ Accounting/ Finance/ Business or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification, e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, and/or Master's
  • CAMS, CIA, and/or CISA qualifications are an advantage
  • 5-6 years of work experience gained in legal, compliance, governance, and AML world

The successful candidate will be immediately available to start and have a strong understanding of the challenges facing businesses in today's rapidly changing environment.
