Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to drive online sales and customer engagement.

  • Optimize website and digital touchpoints to ensure a seamless customer journey and conversion.
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar digital landscapes, including regulatory aspects and consumer behavior. They will also possess expertise in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and engagement strategies, as well as digital media buying, SEO/SEM, paid search, social media, and content marketing.

Requirements:
  • Industry Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in general insurance, financial services, or a related sector is required.
  • Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar digital landscapes, including regulatory aspects and consumer behavior.
  • E-Commerce & Digital Marketing: Proven experience in e-commerce brand building, digital advertising, and customer acquisition.
  • CRM & Data Analytics: Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), customer segmentation, and engagement strategies.
  • Media & Performance Marketing: Strong grasp of digital media buying, SEO/SEM, paid search, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret campaign data, customer insights, and ROI metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
