We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly and serve them to meet their needs, adhering to quality and customer service standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging in up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, and following up on customer requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, prevent security risks, and ensure a smooth receiving process for items/shipments.
  • Conduct physical and electronic inventory as needed, reporting broken alarms, incidents, and suspicious activities promptly.
  • Arrange and replenish shop shelves continuously, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and shelves at all times.
  • Handle cash registers and customer transactions efficiently, providing a seamless experience for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Zero to one years of experience in a similar role.
