Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Site Reliability Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting and running OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software-defined storage.

The successful applicant will bring Python software-engineering skills and rigour to the operations domain, practicing devsecops from bare metal to application. They must be able to confidently operate in a high-pressure operations environment with mission-critical services for global brand name customers.

Evolving offerings with the state of the art in open source infrastructure and staying current with capabilities is essential. A strong understanding of Linux networking and storage, operational experience, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software-defined storage.
  • Apply Python software development principles to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of performance in a dynamic operations environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in open source infrastructure.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience with Linux and familiarity with Linux networking and storage.
  • Expertise in Python software development.
  • Demonstrated operational experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
