Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings, appointments, and client follow-ups.
- Managing and updating customer information in the CRM system.
- Preparing and distributing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
