Document Control Professional

Job Overview:

This is a crucial role that involves managing and maintaining project documents from start to finish.

  • Oversee the creation, distribution, and updating of project documents including plans, blueprints, vendor contracts, and drawings;
  • Generate reports for construction managers and ensure documentation is safe and backed up;
  • Perform data entry tasks when project documents require updates;
  • Print and distribute project documents to relevant stakeholders;
  • Convert paper documents to electronic format for efficient management;
  • Organize files by project to ensure seamless access and retrieval;
  • Document meetings and upload documents to a shared platform.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with software applications like Microsoft Office, construction management tools, and document management systems;
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or construction management;
  • Previous work experience handling administrative tasks within a construction company;
  • Experience working with MOH for social villas or related infrastructure projects;
  • Excellent command of English language skills;
  • Willingness to be based in Bahrain.
