Sales Director B2B Telesales

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader to maximize sales operations effectiveness by generating high-quality leads and motivating the team to meet targets and profitability goals.
Main Responsibilities and Duties- Drive the telesales team to achieve exceptional performance and motivate members to meet their sales targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies for new sales, upgrades, and contract renewals.
- Pursue new business opportunities within the SME segment and build relationships with key clients and influencers.
- Manage individual and team sales funnels to optimize sales performance.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management on team performance and track sales activity using Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and activity reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Set examples for Sales Advisors in areas of personal character and work habits.
- Manage employee relations and absence, identifying opportunities to improve team performance.
- Use initiative to follow up on opportunities and manage the database to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives and negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing best practice ideas and handle complaints and escalate issues promptly.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and possess prior experience in telesales or call center operations.
