About The Job

This exciting opportunity involves working as a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial growth. You will be accountable for managing day-to-day store operations, implementing company policies and procedures, and developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve store objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee store operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and promote brand awareness.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial performance and achieve store objectives.
  3. Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to achieve defined goals and develop talent within the team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement in-store promotions, maintain proper loss prevention standards, and ensure compliance with cash handling and theft of products.
  5. Ensure all products are price tagged and bar-coded before display, maintain awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store, and ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and grooming etiquettes are maintained in store at all times.
