Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized coordinator to join our business development team. This role involves providing administrative support to segment leads, maintaining calendars, and preparing documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Development team by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain travel, event, and trade show calendars.
  • Prepare internal reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Track action items and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, contract management, and bid templates.
  • Enter data into CRM and Event Systems accurately and in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Consolidate Business Development team reports weekly/monthly and validate data accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales missions, exhibitions, and internal events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Events, Tourism, or related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with native level proficiency required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or support roles within business events, exhibitions, MICE, hospitality, or corporate administration.
  • Training in CRM, project coordination, or ISO compliance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Broad understanding of exhibitions/business events.
  • Professional communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
