The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the College of Law at Gulf University.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage administrative operations to maintain efficient workflow

Oversee internal and external correspondence, as well as schedule appointments

Organize meetings, events, and prepare meeting minutes to facilitate communication and collaboration

Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Manage and update social media content to promote the college's online presence

Provide administrative support to faculty members, students, and visitors to ensure seamless interactions

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications
  • At least two years of experience in administrative work
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
