  • Maintain hotel rooms efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls, executing the preventative maintenance schedule and maintaining equipment to standard.
  • Assist with energy conservation program implementation, recommending system improvements and energy savings.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, or Plumbing, possess current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work, and have experience in a large hotel, hospital, or similar setting.
