">Job Summary:
">The Store Administrator is responsible for providing advanced administrative support. This role includes clerical tasks, booking inventory, obtaining mall permissions, maintaining store SOP files, keeping track of employee records, alerting the store manager to document renewals, taking operations meeting minutes, connecting with customers, writing reports and emails, and prioritizing work based on urgency.
">Responsibilities:

Answer all telephone calls according to the store's standard protocol.
">">Promptly handle standard phone inquiries regarding store location, timings, promotions, items or services, events, etc.
">">Direct further inquiries to the right person by email (not urgent) or phone (urgent).
">">Coordinate with other departments on behalf of the store, including finance, buying, warehouse, IT, etc.
">">Prepare presentations and reports as required, adhering to high quality standards.
">">Ensure timely communication and proper documentation retrieval.
">">Maintain harmonious relationships with internal and external customers.
">">Update store SOP files regularly.
">">Meet deadlines for submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to finance, HR, buying, warehouse, IT, etc.
">">Manage related inventory records and ensure physical inventory documents are acknowledged properly.
">">Assist with incoming/outgoing inventory processes using LS Retail/Navision.
">">Plan in advance for store stock take processes and complete related administration documents/procedures.
">">Work with the store inventory module, accepting incoming and outgoing inventory and verifying related documents.
">">Coordinate with AMC vendors and schedule service dates, as well as obtain necessary permissions from mall management.
">">Keep track of employee-related documents such as basic food hygiene training certificates, occupational health cards, visas, emirates IDs, etc.
">">Support customer service needs and assist the team when necessary.

Requirements:

Graduate in a relevant discipline.
">">2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
