Business Analysis Trainee

This role is part of a Fintech company, focusing on product development. The Business Analysis Trainee will support the team by gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to prepare the product backlog.
  • Support stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional specs before sprint planning.
  • Conduct market and competitor research for product planning.
  • Validate requirements against developed features during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain and update project documentation and requirements traceability.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Development.
  • Project Management & Business Analysis experience is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies knowledge.
  • Documentation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira/Asana.
