
Sales Development Manager for Travel Technology Solutions

Job Description
As a Sales & Customer Success Manager at TRVL Code, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, maintaining robust client relationships, and ensuring seamless support and success for our hotelier partners. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, focusing on new customer acquisition
* Serving as the primary contact for clients, guiding them from onboarding to ongoing success and ensuring they leverage our platform effectively
* Traveling extensively within the GCC region to meet with hotel managers and present TRVL Code solutions, with about 80% of work involving face-to-face meetings
* Proactively working with the current customer base to boost direct online sales and overseeing the implementation of revenue strategies
* Generating leads through cold calling, cold meetings, attending events, and collaborating with the marketing team
* Organizing and conducting regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client needs and uncover new growth opportunities
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve client issues swiftly and advocate for customer needs within the organization
* Engaging in local marketing activities, including webinars, exhibitions, and business breakfasts to enhance visibility and network growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success, ideally within the travel or hospitality or technology sector
* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM and task management systems
* Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, be flexible in a dynamic environment, and communicate effectively across diverse teams
