Role Overview

The company is seeking a skilled Financial Management Professional to oversee the month-end closing process, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic support to the management team.

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality, timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, as well as monitor sales and profit performance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters, leveraging strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of current accounting standards and practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SOX and ICoFR internal control frameworks.
  • Audit experience highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems or similar software.
  • Analytical skills for complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
