Job Description:
The Assistant Sales Manager at RESO plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM), this position demands exceptional leadership and communication skills to execute sales strategies effectively.
Main Accountabilities:
- Design and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance, including monthly statistical analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Uphold hotel policies and emergency protocols.
Sales Strategy Focus:
The Assistant Sales Manager will concentrate on:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Nurturing existing client relationships and conducting regular sales calls.
- Participating in sales strategy meetings to optimize revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage telephone reservations according to corporate guidelines.
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
- Stay current on hotel events, services, and promotions.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
Required Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:
