A waiter/server is responsible for providing outstanding service to guests by serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Manage guest queries and serve food and beverages according to menu offerings and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu and products, including food safety standards.
  • Ensure a clean and well-stocked service area, adhering to established grooming standards and hotel security policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to various work situations with flexibility and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional service to guests by delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Managing guest queries and serving food and beverages according to menu offerings and licensing regulations.
  • Ensuring knowledge of menu and all products, including food hygiene regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked service area, adhering to Hilton grooming standards and hotel security policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards, ability to work on your own or in teams, and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in the Food and Beverage department, cash handling, and knowledge of food hygiene regulations are advantageous.
